Free test first. Your call after.

You can stop after any step, and the three steps below cost you nothing.
Three steps, start to finish
Book the test
It’s free. We ask where your water comes from, and what you taste or smell in it.
See your numbers
We test at your taps, write down what we find, and tell you what it means. The results are yours to keep.
Decide in writing
You get a firm price in writing, line by line, before we schedule anything. Or we put in writing that you need nothing.
Four things we won’t do
These are the tricks this trade is known for. We put them in writing so you can hold us to it.
Invent a health scare
Hard water isn’t a health problem, and the water companies say so themselves.
Talk down your water company
Cleveland Water says you don’t need a softener on their water. We say that out loud instead of burying it.
Fake a lab result
No kit at your kitchen table can measure lead, arsenic, or bacteria. That claim is the oldest trick in this trade.
Move the number
The price in writing is the price. It doesn’t change once we’re inside your house.
Common questions
Will anyone pressure me once you’re in my house?
No. The visit is a test, not a presentation. We measure at your taps, write the numbers down, and leave you a copy. Nobody asks you to sign anything while we’re there. And if you sign something at home for anyone, Ohio protects you. You may cancel any agreement signed in your home until midnight of the third business day after signing.
How fast do you respond?
We answer or call back within one business hour, 9am–6pm.
Who installs the equipment?
Installed by a licensed professional.
What happens after installation?
We change the filters, swap the material inside the tank, and bring the salt. Wells get retested once a year. We write the schedule down before you buy, so none of it comes as a surprise later.
What if the test says I need nothing?
Then you buy nothing. We put that in writing and go. If you already own a system, ask us to service that instead. One visit, quoted before we come out.
Where this goes next: the systems we sell and service, and the six counties we cover.
Most companies here price only after the visit. Five questions to ask before you book an in-home visit.
