This website is operated by Bedrock Water LLC, based in Streetsboro, Ohio. “Bedrock Water”, “we”, and “us” on this site mean that company.
What this site is
Information about residential water treatment in Northeast Ohio, and a way to request a free in-home water test. Reading it does not create a customer relationship, and requesting a test does not obligate you to buy anything.
Prices and estimates
Your firm price is confirmed in writing after the free water test and site check, before any work is scheduled.
This website publishes no prices. Your written quote is the price that governs, and it is given after a free in-home test and a look at where the equipment goes. Anything your house needs beyond a straightforward installation is named in that quote rather than discovered afterwards.
Water quality information
The figures on this site come from published utility reports, government studies, and public agencies, each linked to its source and dated. They describe public water systems or sampled wells generally. They do not describe your water. Only a test of your water does that, and results change over time.
Nothing here is medical advice. Where a result has health implications, we point you to a certified laboratory and the relevant agency rather than interpreting it for you.
Product certifications
Where we describe equipment as certified, that certification belongs to the product and covers the specific claims listed by the certifying body — not every contaminant, and not our services. We link the listing so you can check it yourself.
Installation
Installed by a licensed professional.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel any agreement signed in your home until midnight of the third business day after signing.
Your written agreement contains the cancellation notice and the forms to use, and we will tell you about this right out loud when you sign. Nothing on this website waives it.
Text messages
If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Accuracy and availability
We check every figure against its source and re-verify on a schedule, but sources change and mistakes happen. If you find something wrong here, tell us and we will correct it. We do not guarantee the site is always available or error-free.
