Dual Tank — Well Water

Built for iron, sulfur, and the rotten-egg smell.

Two tall black tanks side by side, one holding amber resin and one holding pale filter media, with a smaller third tank to the right.

Well water is its own problem. A city-water system does nothing for it.

A softening tank paired with a filtration tank, for the three things well water does to a house: the orange staining in the toilet tank, the metallic taste, and the rotten-egg smell. Each tank gets its own control valve.

Best for

Homes on a private well — common across Geauga, Portage and Medina.

Sold and serviced under well water systems.

What it does

  • Filters out the iron that stains the toilet tank orange
  • Deals with manganese, which stains darker and is easy to mistake for dirt
  • Takes out the rotten-egg smell
  • Softens afterwards, so the softener isn’t doing the filter work

What is included

  • Both tanks, sized from your lab results
  • Installation
  • Lifetime warranty

Installed by a licensed professional. What is covered, and for how long, is set out in full here.

A dash means we haven’t confirmed that figure with the manufacturer yet. We would rather leave it blank than print a number you could hold us to. Ask on the visit and we will have it in writing.
